Dirk's professionalism is well known in the area, where he also works for the Canadian Ski Patrol on Silver Star Mountain and is an active member of the Adventure Okanagan Co-operative and the Trans Canada Trail Foundation. Footloose Outdoor Adventures is also supported by the Canadian Tourism Commission.
